The video portion of this sums things up pretty well. Iron Factory’s Soul Reaper is one of those homages from them that I really wish they could do it in a larger scale. Aesthetically, it’s just fantastic with a clear homage to the Transformers “Black Shadow” character with a bit more of an anime feel. The quality is great and the colors are just awesome; the clear reds especially pop very well. It The poseability actually beats out the Hasbro Classics deluxed-scaled Black Shadow from their generations toyline. The transformation is one-minute-simple and the alt. mode is nice looking. It’s just a nice piece at a very moderate price.
Overall Score: 8.0/10 -Does Iron Factory do anything wrong? Probably, but it doesn’t reflect on their products. Soul Reaper isn’t just the latest in the Iron Factory Line of products, but a benchmark on their ever-raising bar of aesthetic perfection, poseability, and build quality.
