Sen-ti-nel keeps the Iron Man train rolling with the 11th piece of the Re: Edit line in the Modular armor. This sharp retooling of the previously released War Machine really gives the Modular armor a different, more “suped-up” feel. As per usual with the line, Modular Iron Man features a spectacular fit-and-finish with a standout amount of attention to the playable aspects as well. Check out the video review above as well as some more thoughts and the gallery below then let me know what you think in the comments.

Overall Score: 8.0/10 – This piece is a nice mixture of gimmicks and articulation. When it comes to pieces this “heavy” in terms of equipment, you often see something sacrificed, but Modular Iron Man really does a great job of keeping everything just as playable with or without all of the heavy artillery attached. The added things like the “swing-down” gimmick in the hips are components of the Modular armor that I wish were consistent throughout the Re: Edit line. This is a strong recommendation as it’s one of the most “fun” pieces of the line to-date. As mentioned in the video, the one thing that I do wish this had was the ability to remove the missile launchers for a more slavish look to the comics.
