Mastermind Creation keeps the good stuff coming with their latest addition to the Feral Rex team: Talon! The bonafide “Wing Man” of the group makes us just one arm short of having a full team!

WHERE TO BUY – THE CHOSEN PRIME
At this point, I don’t think anything needs to be said in terms of Mastermind Creations and their standard for quality. It’s there, and Talon definitely keeps up that great plastic feel, and overall “weightiness” that the rest of the Feral Tex Members have. It’s great! On top of that, the awesome engineering, poseability, and absolutely EPIC wing span are just tops! I’d definitely buy this as a standalone, but it fits the rest of the group like a glove.
There are some small things that I wish had made it to the final version of this like black claws and yellow-colored eyes, but overall the colors still look very nice. The weapons are minimal (two blades and a rifle) and have excellent storage on either his hips or backpack.
The arm mode looks nice (although I wish it could bend in about 20 degrees farther), and the versatility of the backpack with its ability to fit on either Talon OR Leo Dex (in both modes for both figures) outside of combined mode is awesome looking! Even though we’re at least a figure (two if you’re just that into it) away from completing this set, I think that Talon was a nice breakup from the four-legged crew members to keep things fresh while waiting for the rest of this project to come in.
