This one’s hard to articulate, so I’m going to leave a lot of it to the video to get my thoughts across. The design is literally beautiful… it’s like Wheelie jumped from your TV onto your shelf. The plastic quality is really good as well, BUT it’s very thin in very crucial places in terms of transforming it that it turns a 10-step, 2 minute transformation into 10 minutes just because you have to proceed with such caution, and even then there are areas that feel like they may snap just because. It’s just not fun. Other than that, it’s a pretty good toy. The diecast slingshot is a nice touch as well as his blaster. He’s also pretty well poseable minus the forward-swing of his thighs due to the skirts on the crotch plate not being able to move, limiting how far you can swing his legs forward pretty dramatically.
The design of this figure is beautiful and has real potential for a 10/10 score, however some of the minor nuances and general “fear” while transforming it really put a damper on it’s greatness.
